1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all facilities, services, and benefits provided under the Banya Forrest Membership Program (“Membership”). By purchasing or using a Membership, you (“Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Banya Forrest reserves the right to request valid identification at any time and to refuse, suspend, or cancel Membership at its sole discretion.
3. Membership Benefits & Usage
Membership benefits, access rights, and inclusions are stated in the package purchased. Banya Forrest reserves the right to amend, upgrade, or update Membership benefits, terms, and facility rules at any time, provided such changes do not materially diminish the core offering.
4. Fees & Payment
All Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase or according to the agreed payment schedule. Memberships are non-transferable and non-assignable.
5. No Refund Policy
All Membership fees are strictly non-refundable, whether in full or in part, under any circumstances.
6. Code of Conduct
Members must comply with all Banya Forrest facility rules, etiquette, and staff instructions at all times. Misconduct, inappropriate behavior, abuse of services, or breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of Membership without refund.
7. Liability Waiver
Banya Forrest is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, accident, or personal injury occurring within the premises. Members participate in all activities at their own risk and are advised to seek medical clearance before engaging in thermal or physical treatments.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
9. Acknowledgement & Acceptance
By purchasing or using a Membership, the Member confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
