These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Banya Forrest website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

We can suspend or block access if we believe you’re misusing the Site.
3. Bookings, memberships, and payments
Bookings and memberships may be handled through Try.be and payments via Stripe (integrated into Try.be).
When you use those services, their own terms and policies may also apply, in addition to these Terms.
We may change availability, pricing, and offerings shown on the Site at any time. Final confirmation of bookings and payments occurs through the booking flow.
4. Information on the Site (no guarantees)
We process data based on:
Contract (to provide bookings/memberships/services).
Consent (marketing emails where required; non-essential cookies/pixels).
Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, website improvement).
Legal obligation (tax/accounting and other compliance).
5. Health and wellness disclaimer
The Site may contain general wellness information (e.g., sauna/contrast therapy content). It is for general information only and is not medical advice. Your participation in any on-site services is your choice and responsibility.
